I attended a First Aid at work course which was a one day course. The trainer Jon was engaging and made something which can be quite a difficult subject fun and easy to learn.

He made sure that everyone in the group got a chance to interact and understand each step before moving on to the next section of the course.

The techniques he used will help me remember the steps that I need to do if an accident happened.

I would strongly recommend this course for every business.
