He was punctual and very friendly and easy to get on with right from the word go which made the course fun and it was very informative and very easy to understand and follow.

We did both written and practical work with Jon ensuring that everybody understood everything that had been said and also shown.

I highly recommended Jon to fellow childminders who also hired him to do their paediatric first aid course and they were also thoroughly impressed too. I will be doing further courses with Jon Fuller in due course.
