First Aid for Parents Course - Summary
FLEX Training offers tailored first aid courses for parents and childcarers. We offer group courses in the local area. The course guides attendees through the world of emergency first aid. Giving course attendees the opportunity to interact with each other, support each other and learn the skills they needed to save lives and treat the most common accident and emergencies.
FLEX Training is run by Jon who is passionate about improving the first aid skills in workplaces and the home. He believes that First Aid training is essential in all aspects of life, whether you are in the workplace or in the home.
The course is focused on building knowledge and practical skills, practical skills are practised under some pressure but in a safe, secure and supportive environment.
FLEX Training is based in Basildon, Essex - courses can be run with groups of eight people across Essex and the surrounding area. Get in touch to find out more.

The Class is suited to anyone who would like to have basic first aid and emergency lifesaver training. For example:

What will the course Cover?
Our trainer is accredited to provide First Aid training by the Association of First Aid Trainers and covers the standard requirements for First Aid Training.
Flexible Delivery
Our courses are delivered normally in day-long slots, we can tailor the course content to be delivered in a number of shorter sessions to suit parent groups at evenings or weekends.
We can offer courses on or off-site across Essex and the surrounding areas.
